| There are options for certain skin types and linings to totally change the color of a garment to black or brown in a process called Immersion Dyeing. This process can be used simply for style change or to mask permanent stains. I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with your Customer Service Representative regarding refinishing my leather jacket. My jacket was over 15 years old and had a lot of wear marks. After talking to your rep, I decided to see what your company could do. I sent it to you and in a short time received my jacket back looking like new. I live in California and must say I was a little hesitant to send it out of state for refurbishing, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came back looking as good as new. I will be happy to recommend you to anyone.

Leather Repairs
I had a white leather coat that had the misfortune of getting snagged on a sharp object which made a tear in the front yolk of the coat. I thought perhaps I could get it fixed by bonding the edges together on the inside which would close the opening although the tear lines would still be visible. I took the coat to Ram Leather Cleaners to show them the damage and they said they could repair it for me. A week later I picked up my repaired coat and was delighted to see that the tear was no where in sight. Ram had replaced the damaged panel with a matching leather piece and then dyed the piece to match perfectly with the rest of the coat. No one could tell that there had ever been a tear or that the panel had been replaced. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The service was professional, the job was perfect and the coat was ready when it had been promised. I would not hesitate to use Ram for any leather cleaning or repair work I might need. I heartily recommend Ram Leather Cleaners.

Leather Dry Cleaning
I purchased my jacket more than 10 years ago in Turkey, I have always liked the style and after so long it has sentimental value. It had become faded and in need of repair, I thought my only alternative was to buy new but even with that I couldn't find anything similar. I came across your website and decided to send it even though I had no experience with your company or leather cleaners and was worried about not really knowing the process. I was relieved when I received a detailed e-mail explaining what I needed which wasn't nearly as much work as I originally thought. Shipping was quick and easy and when I received my jacket it looked better than new, I had forgotten just how nice it was. I sent in 2 black leather jackets, one of which was going to be thrown out, due to how brittle, cracked, stained and dried it was. They were returned to us 10 days later and were we ever shock! The really bad jacket is now supple, soft and the color is rich black....this is how it was when it was bought 14 years ago! What a great job you do!
